Hi all, What do you look for when doing research at your county offices?

I both broker and direct lend as appropriate (licensed mortgage broker, official job title is loan officer, I really don't care what you call me, but Russell here would probably call me a mortgage broker), so I've got no reason to be biased on this subject.If either channel was always the best, the other channel would have gone out of business years ago. 

Magnolia has done well because they have a a great marketing mind, they are a real estate company with offices as far as Austin, they are builders, and investors.

In rural areas get the asset lists from local banks, credit unions and town offices.

Hi Loretta,I'm a Realtor local to the area ( I live in O4W and have an office in VAHI & Decatur) and take property management clients on a one-off basis.

Next, I doubt many here really do understand ethics in real estate, they may well be God fearing folks, go the "Golden Rule" route and deal very politely, none of that is an "industry ethic" (close, but not exactly).

We found a great property which has about 1.1 acres, 11,000 sq ft indoor storage, office space, and plenty of outdoor storage for cars and truck parking.
