Transferred from personal to LLC?

Wouldn't the same capital gains tax liability exist if I kept the property in the s-corp and sold it in 10 years vs. moving it out of the s-corp (into my personal name or an LLC) and selling it in 10 years?

Hello,I have two investment SFH but they are under my personal name.

As expected, I had to personally guarantee the loan but it's now in my business name and reporting to my business credit.  

While both have similar features, many investors use RentRedi and Stessa for different purposes. 

Personally no, but it's just something I don't like to deal with. 

Since I'll be living in one of the units, my personal preference is to find something on the newer side, which would likely mean higher rent/unit but I'm worried the higher price point would limit the tenant pool. 

Using other loan types not only are non-conforming for you to occupy (DSCR), but the downpayment minimum and the rate will be much higher kind of defeating the purpose of doing a house-hack. 

If so, that is the easiest-just say you had a number of applicants and you've rented it to another person. 

@Tony Blasioli yeah as of yet I have not heard of one person that has successfully closed with Constructive Loans as of yet.
