So you are not confident enough that it is a deal to put your own money into it, and yet you have promised the seller that you will find a buyer and are perfectly happy to use another buyer as a guinnea pig to see if it is a good deal!?

I have read about REI being part of high school curriculum, if that happens your book 'Perfect Storm' should be a mandatory read.I am still trying to understand new cash flow markets, where population is on decline, jobs aren't growing, people are increasingly looses houses to foreclosure.

Not everything is perfect and easy.

That is a lot of mold/discoloration, being wet and in a dark location is the perfect environment for it to grow.

It’s pretty rotten if you’re just using it for a few isolated tasks, because absolutely, it doesn’t do any one thing perfectly and it’s not as fast as other apps.It really starts to show its brilliance once you start using it as your default bookmark/webclip app, notetaker, recipe box, repository of all your reference material, and so on.
