Couple this with only 3.5% down and a 3.5% interest rate, you can't really beat it.Anyways, in my initial search for FHA financing, I found it difficult to find an up-to-date accurate source for FHA information online.

Then I'm usually back home to finish some administrative details, exercise in between and then off to city hall or county recorder's office (only one, the WORST one in customer service, isn't online - the other 3 that I use are all online).
