My tenants all have checking accounts and have their rent debited on the 3rd each month, they are interested in our tenant training program (we train them to start thinking like homeowners and even allow them in training sessions we hold for new investors) so that they express care for the property rather than apathy, they value paying their rent as a priority and have made sacrifices to do so in tight times.

Commission split and fees, any required office hours, mandatory meetings, mandatory seminars, mandatory broker open houses, do you have to join Realtor association, what training offered (in addition to normal free MLS training classes).

I KNOW I want to be in apartment syndication, now it is worth it to me to spend $ on smart investments to speed up the process, make connections, etc.I also agree with @Kyle Jean, I think talking to CCIMs, property managers and other professionals IS important, I just think this should be done in addition to a more detailed training.
