In this case I would say give a official warning letter about how the trash must be put out every week or there will be a $25 fine or something.

But would never make it into any book or official training.1.

Then they usually have a few announcements.

Obviously if people are just renting, and no one wants to BUY a house in that area, Flipping wouldn't be ideal...good thing to know before I flip there.Is there any official website I could check out for these stats?

I've been trying to locate the various cities official websites for their guidelines but haven't had any luck.

I haven't officially used him for a tax season yet, but so far our talks have been insightful for me and he's been able to provide some tax-relevant input on where to hold rental properties versus my active real estate business.

You can talk to officials there to advise you on a variance, if necessary.
