To your question about the vehicle: I personally have a paid Toyota Tacoma that I bought for $4K my senior year in college that has been very dependable (I personally have put over 35K miles on it).

They are a multi-family GC so the tediousness is going to suck for their sweet spot of moving efficiently fast but they are skilled so they can do it. 

I was on Craigslist looking at multi family properties to do a possible 1031 exchange with.  

My apologies if this is a stupid question, but something's been bugging me for the past few days and I can't seem to find an answer for it.I've been renting 2-4 bedroom units in Chicago for the past 12 years and recently have moved towards buying a multi-unit place for House Hacking. 

As on many multi-unit properties, there is no showings until under contract on this one.

Multi-Family, Office, Industrial, Retail?

Hi everyone, I am moving to Madison this summer and I am looking to house hack with either a single family or a multi family within 15-20 mins of UW.

Truthfully I don’t think I want to hear the convoluted multi subject woe is me story that is sure to follow.

My primary focus is to great passive income and too secure Financial freedom so I can enjoy the time I’m given with family and friends.My main focus is buy and hold rentals (single family, and multi units) but wouldn’t be opposed to a fix and flip or wholesale, I personally think having some of both helps with an exit strategy depending on the market.
