I am not saying I’ve been particularly successful but one idea is to leverage your personal networks or social media to entice some family and friend referrals or bookings.

Honestly, I tell people to replace their Social Media time with BiggerPockets reading and you will start to learn a ton!  

How much involvement should/can social media platforms play a role in Marketing, Networking with other RE experts, investors, and great minds?

My thought now is that this type of loan may be better suited for a house hack scenario where one unit is owner occupied and other unit(s) are rented out. Let

Looking at this as a JOB and not a BUSINESS is one of the biggest initial mistakes people make.Successful Brokers:- Prospect for leads DAILY (door knocking, cold calls, calls to personal circle, etc)- Have a follow-up system (mail, calls, emails, texts, etc)- Allocate funds to marketing campaigns (social media, direct mail, online ads, etc.)- Have back-end systems for servicing clients and transaction coordination.- Don't spend time on "busy work".

I was thinking some sort of digital approach, more so social media than SEO, but thats something I'll consider nonetheless.

Or if you do have the experience, simply make it known you are looking for a competent partner with property management experience or working knowledge on every forum, social media, meetup or platform.
