I strongly believe that I times like these, income generating assets are the way to go as it regards to financial independence.

I would probably put 100 or 150 amp panel in depending on the size of the service wire coming in or you could upgrade service wire too but that will probably require a permit.  

I am simply looking for a way to attain financial independence.
