Hi Everyone ... I Just heard of BP website a few days ago ...

I been reading some books and just received the BP "The book on rental property investing" and started reading like crazy..

Looking forward to connect online & in person that are located in my area.

I am new to Real Estate investing and try to learn as much as possible.

We bought our 1st house about 2 years ago and we have a studio that we rent out via AirBnB. This extra cashflow & options made me more interested in real estate.

I would love to slowly move from my current job situation as a independent computer consultant into a real estate owner/inverter.

So far, I like the multi family units and Buy and Hold options. Not sure how doable this will be in the LA area :-/

Welcome to BP Dutch Marc ! I too do the Airbnb thing, but in Palm Springs.

You are right it is tough to find cash flowing properties here in LA, but they are out there. A lot of people, including myself, end up investing in the surrounding areas an hour or two from LA.
