I just tried using the instructions at FastTracConsulting (or something like that).

That is sometimes called the hidden tax, or stealth tax.

People who hide things have things to hide, and I have yet to have something good and wonderful hidden from me.

Instruct title agent to have buyer(you)  to catch up loan and taxes at close.  

The self-directed IRA company I use is there and they have great instructional meetings and webinars. 

I expect that I'll be paying one of our lawyers to draft the mortgage doc according to our terms, establish the lein, etc.Can someone either feed me a document explaining all of this, or write it down in step-by-step instructions for who needs to get what done by whom? 

If they cut corners on the things you can see, what did they cut corners on that is hidden, or buried.

I am in the process of building a spreadsheet that utilizes formulas, buttons, macros, and hidden sheets that contain my lease agreement, lease extension, work orders, all tenant letters, and more to simplify some of my important business processes.

Has NO ONE tried using it to see if its produced results for them in the following areas: 1) Ease of use2) Accuracy of the Data (Phone #s, Email addresses, Social Media contact info, etc.)3) Any hidden ongoing costs?
