Usually there is a question involved in these forums but maybe the point of this story is to show myself it doesn't save time or money swinging the hammer in your own deals for 1 and second probably smart to have health insurance even if you're really healthy lol..On a funny side note at 2am when I was high on morphine and muscle relaxers I guess I was explaining in detail how I would pay for all of my medical bills by acquiring enough rentals to cashflow the payments which lead to recommending BP podcast, her telling me I changed her life, and ended with her starting Richard poor dad on audio before her shift ended so at least I got to help someone see the light lol

My dilemma is that I found a potential commercial real estate property on the market that probably has good cash flow (still waiting for financials to confirm this) and I don’t know if I can get it.My current situation since I am still new to Real Estate is that I don’t have much saved up for a down payment (3% of the property value) and I have a preapproved quote for about half of that property price.
