Collection efforts with a borrower cease after a foreclosure, the lender has acted to secure the collateral, however under state law they cannot just let a foreclosure hang in limbo, they are to act in a timely manner.

Can you sell it fast if need to be or do you need to hang for it for a while?

I recently had a similar-sized Oak tree trimmed and it cost $700, and that was only for a partial trimming because I mainly wanted the tree evened-out since quite a bit was hanging over the neighbor's yard. 

I received my CA real estate sales person license in April and currently hang my license at a brokerage.

While interviewing potential brokers and deciding where i wanted to hang my license, i visited several brokers and although they stuffed me with coffee and great finger foods, i wasn't convinced until i came across New Western Acquisitions.

I've been on BP a couple months and the amount you can learn from hanging around here is unreal!
