Maybe you could share with the group why you have such a negative outlook.

I've found that distance gradually forms between people who don't share your goals/values without anything needing to be said.  

I have a great deal of knowledge about my market if anyone was in fact interested and had the capital to invest that I can certainly share, as I'd love to network with those that reside in VA and those that do invest out of state.

I had loaned him $50,000 so he could buy shares in a Hollywood media company that he introduced me to.

One area of frustration was finding a bank that would open accounts for them because they share the same EIN.
