Hello everyone, @David Karcz I would highly recommend setting your key words search up for specific things such as "Buffalo" which is exactly how I found this thread explaining the meeting taking place on April 9th (thank you Julie Greene). 

Congress Heights has tree lined streets but turn the corner and cross the street and there may be something else. 

I realize that is pretty dicey, when somebody is already behind, but if there were even a 10-15% cross-section of the people to spoke that could actually meet certain criteria, then you wouldn't be totally misleading anybody.

You can also do this if the HML cross-collateralizes the equity you have in another property to replace your down payment.

I was told by a lawyer that means that if they bring me someone who's "equally qualified" on paper and I say no, that would constitute unreasonable withholding and might cross over into discrimination.
