The front doors are still the same, they have a door lock, they swing back and forth, but the $300k home will have fancy glass in them, and occasionally the cheap one will have bars.The $300k house might have a 50-gallon water heater, or a tankless, which are more expensive than the standard 40-gallon water heater.

Those two happened to be halfway across the country so unfortunately I cant go to speak with the seller in person, I do certainty see the benefit in doing that though.Regarding the realtor, I always make sure the property isn't listed with a real estate agent, Its one of the first questions on my script.Great point on the last one, Ill give them both a call back and speak with them to see why they backed out and what they really need.
