New to the game.

I have aspirations of flying for the airlines someday, but I also have aspirations of developing a RE portfolio that produces around 10k a month so I can have a FI lifestyle and live out some of my other dreams.

Almost all rental properties in town at owned by 3 or 4 people and they view anyone new to the game as competition, so I am here to connect with other investors.

This is also referred to as a portfolio loan.

so 4  times a year flying to the event renting hotels etc .so add in another easy 10k.. and from what I saw you had folks at the top of their game and you had some that were trying to scale up so the ones that were at the top it appeared to me to be more like social for them and they could help others. 

Your bank loan may require Replacemwnt Cost, and he has ACV.Lastly, if they have a larger portfolio of 100 units or more, you will not be able to get thier volume pricing.At the end of the day, hopefully you can get it done for $800,.  

How should I approach, prepare and present my deal so a RE fund will carry them in their list of portfolios for their investors? 

After spending a night with them every couple of weeks having dinner and playing board games, I became more and more interested in the business.
