Very low unemployment rate means people are very busy right now.

The lower unit had some extra features, so there was an increase in rent. 

Your statement does not specify unemployment rate, location, school quality, income, marketing time and fundamental stats. 

Generally NO if they a) have extensive rot or b) were poorly/lightly built in the first place. 2) Is the home worth saving due to location, size, architectural features, etc?
