Everything has a sharper clarity, and the division between what's essential and nonessential appears wider. 

It's essentially little difference from the argument buying a car once vs. leasing or trading in every few years, other than appreciation.

THE market favors these two elements.

Ideally, it is a way to essentially have no out of pocket transactional funder costs.

If I remember correctly all non essential stuff is shut down but there is still some offices open to handle stuff like bills and sec 8 and important stuff.

Are you essentially saying then to evaluate them solely on a cash basis and only take into appreciation as a "tie breaker" of sorts?

Contractors work year round and they are used to dealing with the elements.... they need to put food on the table during the winter months too :lol: .

After being convinced the real estate business is for you, it is essential to gain as much knowledge as possible from different resources, those that are affordable and provide comprehensive information and leadership.

With the water coming out of the element/thermostat cover near the top of the outer shell that still does not tell you where the tank is leaking.

I think at the moment, you're able to hide off-topic and political through your dashboard but if I was able to essentially 'block' individuals or even complete topics, that would be really cool.
