@Travis Cripps @Ryan Collins  I just received an email from a lender who is promoting a program for doctors. 

I accepted a promotion that moved me to Hartford, CT and bought a duplex here and BRRR'd it (thanks @Brandon Turner)!

Our admin is quite strict with irrelevant and promotional images. 

Just got an interesting email promoting an upcoming webinar on how to start an LLC in Arizona.

It seems like they purposefully promote it in online threads.  

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller website, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

The City made an In-law rule years ago in Tampa that would promote building of places in the back to house the extra family member.
