I felt more comfortable investing in FL because I fly there on family vacations (now I can write them off as work trips since I will visit my properties.

Once you identify the market your interested in, then narrow your choices to markets that you would like to visit frequently that way you enjoy visiting your homes and catching tax breaks for business travel.

We like the buy & hold option but are also interested in attaining vacation properties we can not only rent out but can also use for our own family vacations.

Sometimes, if the person has a good lawyer, the judge will vacate the order for good cause if it has been within 30 days of the order being signed.
