The "old" ways still work... doesn't have to be "electronic..."

We are using the "rent-by-room" strategy, and we put electronic locks on all bedroom doors and the front door.

I use the same quickset electronic deadbolts on all my properties.

Maybe some vibrant accent walls/wall art and pillows, accent blankets and bedding to matchConsider re-theming the kids rooms.Whole accent wall and bedding to match.

Can't help with the ATL or legal aspect, but most/all electronic read meters still have the old fashioned dial as well.
