Maybe it was the fact that those awkward legal-sized pages overflowed with official seals, government certifications, and a liberal amount of scary legal jargon that got me nervous and clearly meant if I ever got behind, I could almost certainly count on finding myself locked in some kind of mortgage prison they send real estate investors to who don’t make payments on time.

Corporate housing is interesting - usually higher rents, all inclusive (utilities usually included) and everything paid by a company for longer than normal rental terms. (1 I looked at in NM $1800/mo rent included everything - elec, gas, cable, internet - paid by a hospital for a doctor doing elective surgery for 15 to 18 months at a time plus laundry income.
