As availability and the systems are so important and to set up systems in a bunch of areas seems hard to me.

Hi All,I'm considering purchasing a 3000sqft townhome  to BRRRR that currently has window unit A/C and radiator boiler system for heat.

I continued to develop systems on my 3 previous deals, and only spent about 20 hours working on this deal.

I am looking for a good system to plug numbers into to start to dig deeper into deals.   

You're also less likely to encounter ungrounded electrical systems.

In the larger business space the ERP system would use a finance module to maintain vender relationships and all interactions and transactions with them.  

I offered low enough that I could put in a new septic system as well as a full remodel.     

SHOW me the leads coming in, show me how much you spend on these leads, show me how much time it takes to sign a contract from these leads, show me how many people yell at you and how much effort you put into your lead gen system BEFORE you tell others to "keep doing it, if it is not working".Please people STOP FOLLOING THESE GURUS!

But, it looks like the HVAC system is very old and will need to be replaced within the next year or so.
