Your per door profit varies a lot...I personally don't want to see less than $200/door on my multifamily deals, and that is considering 10 or greater doors

The garage is attached through a staircase and door to one of the upstairs apartments...but the electrical for the garage is not wired through that apartment's meter.All water is common.

Kitchen has had an active leak- source unknown- that has damaged most of the cabinets, master shower and tub are non-functional, AC unit needs to be replaced, garage door needs to be replaced.
