I currently live in Saginaw, Texas with my wife and two dogs.  

Unfortunately, the real estate broker licensing organization decided that instead of competing they would work with our government to make it illegal for anyone to be a broker besides their own certified agent which makes 'bird dogging' illegal.  

I really want to be a part of a new group of exciting people because we all can agree that real estate is saturated with the big dogs.

Our relish is not bright green, we put ketchup on our hot dogs, and our sauce is below our cheese on our too-thin pizza.

Do you just love real estate?  

I laughed out loud when I read that, I guess most people would die to live here but sadly I'm not a beach lover.

However, if the area is depressed/not growing, it could be a dog.

I am looking for some one with integrity and experience who needs a bird dog.

He requested to do some fleas treatment too... which makes sense due to the previous tenants having dogs.

After watching many documentaries and reading a lot I decided I wanted to get into investing for a living and I love real estate also I figured it would be smart to combine the 2.I am really eager to learn from the more experienced and looking forward to making some connections.
