I know some parents think their kids should pay for their own education.My daughter was top of her class got hired at intel and is now in management.. and just about to take her second sabattical and take their family to Europe for a month.. but she is a Ramsey deciple with no debt.my son is a GC with a degree in construction..

To say the money isn’t there or you should not do it is not entirely true .just because I would not want my teenage daughter walking down the street there doesn’t mean I would not invest in the area lol why should I care my kids aren’t going to hanging out there .

Then we cash out refi'd the original house to pay cash for a house in independence mo. for my daughter and her family to live in (cheap houses out that way-27k) Now we're under contract for a primary and additional income property next door to each other in Florida.
