@Barry Randall, try joining a meet up regarding real estate in Madrid or meeting other people here on the forum close to you.

With taxes many people end up paying 30, 40, or 50% of their total income in taxes.

Some people think you can just move into a rental for 2 years and all the gains will be excluded.

It's nowhere near as easy or sugarcoated as some people make out to be.

I would not even call Evolve a PM, but as you alluded to in the final paragraph a marketer.For 7 of our 8 years in business we were full service only, we are now doing limited service to appeal to people disillusioned with Evolve.

This entails building personal/working relationships with people successful in the field.

Totally agree with @Chris Seveney- people alwyas think there's some secret tax benefit or trick if they do things like this.

I am asking because the below-grade basement is not counted toward living space in Kentucky, even if it is finished, and I was told that appraisers count only half of the basement space when valuing the property.

Not only does he review syndications that are new, but also based on what I read seems to have inside knowledge and unbiased opinion on should people participate in capital calls. 

I think the people responding to this got the wrong idea of what this software is.
