Cool name

Previously only had a ground floor furnace for heating and one window A/C unit for cooling.

I often find investors from the coasts have a hard time envisioning this, because they've often had solid white collar jobs and lived in cool or affluent neighborhoods. 

My advice is to step back from the emotion of whats happening and cool down.

I felt like the market was cooling off before the pandemic hit.

Unfortunately I lack experience, but I plan on becoming more knowledgeable about my area over the next few months, and hopefully be in good position to buy when things start to cool off.
