From my experience a good majority of investors are contractors or people who work in the construction field.Your goal should be to be friends with people who do rehab work on the side on flips renovations, that way you can work with them to 1 Get more income and 2 Meet directly with the investor and form a relationship.Good luck man!

In construction, there is no such thing as good leads, advertising yourself is the best way (or at least that is what they say, you know, contractors that use those ad agencies) to keep the phone ringing.

@Logan Logan A.undefinedYou can't be naive about construction techniques and be in real estate for very long, there are rip offs out there. $400 a layer does sound high, but you haven't mentioned how many squares or the size or the job either. :)
