You just need to get your business license for that property. 

You also have their previous guests that can be huge for growing your book of business and not having to start from scratch.

Hi all, I took the leap into this business a few years ago purchasing my first rental which was out of state. 

Note there are expensive surcharges added (I think it's $250 minimum added to premium) for investment/business vs owner occupant. 

Slower than I would have liked because my main business is in Bozeman and this project was a 3 hour drive away in Missoula.

I have spent the past 5-6 years in other business ventures but recently crossed paths with an old customer and am back in the business.  

Conduct thorough market research to comprehend the potential real estate markets, considering aspects like employment growth, population trends, rental demand, property values, neighborhoods, schools, and local laws.

It's very difficult nowadays and so I'm focusing more on my other business now (land brokering in California).
