What are some characteristics that are driving profitable AirBnBs in the Columbus area?

Most tenants take responsibility for their animals.

Katie, group homes are another animal and as you mentioned changing the use changes the status of the property as well.

I realize tha this is a different animal all together but I cant help but throw some creativity into this deal.

He was begging for more time since he has a lot of farm animals, but I know he can sell them at the small animal sales and just move with his dogs (which I didn't know he had, since I only saw chihuahuas when I was there). 

Well, I'm very disgusted at the way us "animals" who don't have the privilege of being able to pay are rent on the 1st of every month!!
