I have a database with 150,000 customers and every few months my database generate a list of about 400 to 500 records where we need to use parcelquest.com to verify whether or not our customers still own the properties we list in our database and we check the spelling of their name, spelling of their address. city name and zip code to make sure that when we do a direct mail campaign all the information we have is correct so we don't look like idiots.
