If you are young and you can't program, understand how to run marketing campaigns or sell your less than useless.

In my opinion, here are the keys to a successful direct mail campaign in order:1.

We recently started a direct mail campaign in which we are mailing a yellow letter that offers to purchase a home, targeting folks that have not sold the home in 5 years and showing equity.

Keep in mind the whole point of this campaign is to find qualified seller leads.

I have a database with 150,000 customers and every few months my database generate a list of about 400 to 500 records where we need to use parcelquest.com to verify whether or not our customers still own the properties we list in our database and we check the spelling of their name, spelling of their address. city name and zip code to make sure that when we do a direct mail campaign all the information we have is correct so we don't look like idiots.

After 20 years in the business I am finally going to have to break down and start a marketing campaign.

A DM campaign to find a 70%-repairs pricepoint may be in order.
