If you paint cabinets, use Rustoleum oil base, not house paint.

I don't know if these are A properties because I am new to that framework and as I read the descriptions I'm on the fence.Anyway,  we always put in SS appliances if the appliances are old,  stone countertop,  paint or replace cabinets,  tile bathrooms if the insert is gross,  etc.  

It will protect the cabinet. 

All cabinets open and closed, window treatments open and closed, exterior walls, roof, interior walls, floors, ceilings, front/back of doors, window screens, inside/outside of appliances, etc.

I tape it to the inside of the upper cabinet closest to the refrigerator so it's easy to find for me and the tenant.

There would be maybe 2 options for a 25 foot lot and 2 for a 30 foot lot. 2 options for cabinets, 2 for counters, no customization allowed.
