But for title work, spend $100 for an online Abstracting class and learn how to do it, and where the info is, i can generally go back quite aways in my counties from my recliner. worth the knowledge. 

Generally speaking, a person may bring an action for defamation when false statements are being published online, and they are suffering harm from those statements.

I just wish I could find one that was specifically for tracking properties I've looked at on line. 

Is there any place or online training you recommend?

My last clients were friends, so showing alone wasn't a big deal.But especially in this day and age when most things are done online or over the phone until the actual showing - get information about the person you're seeing houses with.
