Hello BP Members,I haven't had any luck engaging with contractors and need some advice on the mechanics on how to do so.

Anyhow, I'm excited to engage more in the online and offline community, especially here in St.

I certainly don't know of anywhere else where you can connect with highly sophisticated professionals and engage in open debate on a topic of your choice for free!

Additionally, is anybody aware of any resources available that may go even a step further such as landscaping, legal fees, etc...First time poster and happy to start being more engaged hoping to get a lot out of this forum, thanks for any help! 

Then I would find out who is a syndicator in that area and connect with them to invest alongside them.

Weird people usually continue to engage with people willing to put up with them.

Be engaged as much as possible with others, vote on the posts you like, follow others you like.

Want to jump in here .. is there a restriction for California realtors engaging in wholesaling ?

You have to be engaged, talking to people, looking like you have all the energy in the world.

I know I will have to file partnership taxes, that's okay, but why UBIT if I don't engage in unrelated activities?
