Best Way to Engage Contractors

Hello BP Members,

I haven't had any luck engaging with contractors and need some advice on the mechanics on how to do so. I am new and I want to start to build relationships with a few contractors on a particular area that I'm interested in investing and doing Flips. Basically I would like to know what should I be telling the contractors when I call them if I'm new to the business. Any advice will help and will really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
