@Cameron Weld if you go to the county clerk office or website, you can pull the title history yourself for free because its public record and look for any liens that have been filed against the property.

@Nanyarid Gonzalez here is the public record website for looking up property information for Philly - https://property.phila.gov/You can look up a property owners name, and then reach out to them if you're interested in buying their place!
