My move-out rehab will include: full exterior pressure washing and repainting, full interior repainting, removal of all carpet (and replace with tile), resodding the backyard, filling about 50 nail holes, re-installing hardwired smoke detectors (they removed all of them), and landscaping.

Their attorneys will make the minimum bid and then let it go.I'd go and see how the sale is going, especially if you know for sure what others don't (interior in details, other sensitive info)

There are a lot of issues listed in the violations, but the big one that stands out is:submit plans and permits authoring interior alterations partition walls erected converting living room to bedrooms, drywall electric and plumbing throughout in both tiers 1416 and 7356 $75k/8 will leave you with just over $9k per unit.

I also assume that the potential buyer doesn't get to walk the interior of the property before bidding (safe to assume that most of these need a total gut anyhow).

It will need all of the mechanicals replaced, foundation repair, asbestos and mold remediation, pretty much a full gut on the interior, has a squatter living in it, plus it's in a bad area and wouldn't sell for more than $90K?
