It's pretty hard right now to cash flow on a MFR when your in one of the units because purchase prices have sky rocketed. 203k loans are a pain in the butt in a hot market.

Was a bit of a pain in the butt as it was a zero dollar judgement but it needed to be done for the Title Co.Now in hindsight maybe I should appreciate this a bit more as clearly from this thread this is valuable work the title company does in protecting the buyer and financer.
