The key here is flexibility.

Finally, having 50 years of experience is nice, but it also means that, unless you are that one flexible rainbow sparkle unicorn, over the years you probably build up some biases and callouses which might not necessarily be in tune with 2016.

In this case, I was glad to have got one, and super glad the guy was flexible with his time.

I'd say that you have to be willing to be flexible with neighborhoods here at that price because, while you can certainly find $60,000 properties that need a lot of repairs, you will not find them in "A" or "B" class neighborhoods.  

If you are not forced to move do not do it you are not in a financial position to be flexible.

Scrum is notorious for pushing out schedules and going over budget; the goal of Scrum is typically to the benefit of the customer and the company in terms of flexibility and requirements management; it's typically not used for efficiency or budget management (in my real-world experience -- though the model would say that it is).

Worse case you can always look for a new job that has more flexible hours and maybe even better pay. 

At the very least, even if no prohibited transactions occur, your flexibility will be limited when partnering with your retirement funds as care must be taken not to violate any of the rules (self-dealing, transfer of ownership between partners, enabling, etc.)

Newer 3 bed 2 bath houses are flexible for use by military or civilians, and encourages a more established tenant than the 18 year old single airman, sailor, soldier. 

I have found that HUD is more flexible as the house sits on the market for a while.
