If you are serious about this business it might be a good idea to go to an AAPL conference.

So many of the sites, including http://www.tucsonflatfeemlslisting.com/do not make clear that there is (probably) a requirement by the person who actually does the listing that the seller sign a listing agrement with that listing person. http://www.tucsonflatfeemlslisting.com/ finally mentions it in the terms of service this way: "Neither TucsonFlatFeeMLSListing.com nor FSBO MLS Listed, LLC are a party to the listing agreement unless specifically signed by an authorized representative of the company"...they go on to say, "...Customers should confer and confirm terms with the local affiliate before signing the listing contract.

How about every Sat AM, choose a topic, choose a moderator, and have a live conference call, members only, to discuss the topic.

I am not too sure the best way to go about it...it seems like a virtual conference would be a good way for us to share ideas, take notes and come up with a platform and goals for this organization.We can do an initial meeting, get some ideas on paper and conduct follow up meetings to work things through in finer detail.
