Maybe you should charge them a customer appreciation fee.Just ask them to put it in writing what this fee covers and why isn't it covered in the regular brokerage fee (commission).I would love for you to post that for us and don't be embarrassed to name the company, after all they came up with it so they shouldn't be ashamed of it. .

The other thing about the commerical problem that is interesting is that it isn't necessarily the customer's ability to make a monthly payment that will cause the default.
