It would likely be rural 2+ acres with a barn.There is one that came on the market in our area for 1.3 but that includes furnishings, website, social media accounts etc.

You can also go the social media route and send public tweets to them about their awful service and see if that gets their attention.

Hey BP- I was reading a Bloomberg article about the Canadian housing boom (link below) and how the boom is getting pretty incredible in length and magnitude.

Looking to get some feedback here:About me- 23 year old, work in USA but Canadian citizen, ~200K gross annual income, ~100K in savings. 

Real Estate Investing is older than: Television, Automobiles, The Dollar, Electricity, Flight, The United States of America, Communism, Refrigeration, Socialism, Gun Powder, Christianity, Islam, Sailing, Steel, Democracy, Medicine...... 

I would like to connect with some Canadians who have invested in these areas already + some agents/wholesalers or investors in the Cleveland/Columbus area who I can ask some questions to.

Also, do they post on social media any loud and lavish party videos that they host?

So far it’s been social media, flyers, news ads. 

Maybe you know how to effectively run social media, or work a website, graphic design, etc.
