Unfortunately people who wholesale get bashed a lot on here. 

"Nothing is wrong." is the response from the fire marshal when I asked about the issue.I tell them my situation as the landowner, and they proceed to tell me that my tenant called in because there was a weird flicker with there gas stove and the flame was burning orange.

I can sell the home for $5k, let the buyer haul it off, and use the proceeds plus a little more to prepare a 2nd pad.

We took over management on a distressed apartment building in Colorado Springs last year from a company that didn’t have a tight handle on it and were able to double the value of the property in one year with only using the proceeds of the building for expenses and repairs! 

You might ask someone that removes graffiti how to proceed,, sand blast the paint off would be my suggestion,, you could always paint the concrete to cover the mess,  This is vandalisim and I'd check with police department to see about filing a complaint.Insurance ??
