Hello everyone, I’m new to this site and looking to learn how to buy my first rental. 

We are seeking investment in this area as it is near family and our anticipated retirement. 

FoundationI just had a client request her contractor that she had used in the past (this was due to cost, he is less expensive).

It got me thinking about how major developments like this are impacting property values, demand, and investment opportunities around our area.

It has worked for a long time, but there's nothing sexy about it and you have to wait until you're over the age of 64 (maybe I'm wrong here) to see the benefit of compounded interest investing. 

Im a newby investor no deals yet but im interested in Residential assisted living homes.

I am wondering if there is someone I can pay to physically go to the auction to bid on my behalf.Just FYI, I am aware of the risks of buying things in foreclosure.Can anyone recommend anyone like this in NJ?
