The problem is someone who used to stay their sometimes keep coming in and trashing the place I've spent 2k just on clean out and in retaliation the guy slashed the cleaning truck's tire.

Houses and plexes are tough to find right now for sure so I hear you.I've been farming and creating relationships with tired plex owners for years so I kind of had a funnel of them for when they're ready but am losing out to the sky high valuation exuberance and they've been listing instead.

They finally got a manager over there involved and since they were supposed to pay April's rent back last month in September and never did, they sent it mid-month in October (either that or the PM fronted the money because they're tired of me following up with them and they'll collect it on the backend).
