Also, the person he is talking to now makes it sound like the bank does own the property but they wont say which department is in charge of it or who to talk to because of "privacy" issues!

there is still deals on the MLS, at least here in Fresno - just be sure to connect to a Realtor with direct access to the MLS or you wont get up to date information.

So you know there are technical violations that will never be proven.We did have a homeowner change out a gas water heater, he destroyed 4 houses and damaged a half dozen others, turned the gas back on and didn't check it and just left the house.....Boom!

True, if a hurricane blows off the roof and the interior is destroyed, we're not covered - but given the high deductibles and how little insurance companies ever pay out, we decided to just bank what would have been the premiums, and deal with something like that if it happened.We do require proof of renter's insurance from our tenants, and the lease states that our insurance does not cover the tenants' belongings.

Licenced trades are $ 150.00 per man hour plus expenses .I had 1 person question it at signing , and I told them it wont even be an issue , just leave the unit as clean and in the same condition it is in now .
