In your wife's case she might benefit from both: she needs Roth IRA LLC since her existing Roth IRA cannot be rolled over into Solo 401k, but in addition to that she could some valuable benefits from the Solo 401k.

I'm guessing your responsibilities are light at this stage in your life, health is good.My own personal hourly rate is $50, meaning if I can pay someone less than $50 an hour to do any task in my life, then I am paying them, because my time is more valuable.

Like I said  I'm new to investing in real estate within the last couple years  and I just ran across this BRRRR idea and I think I'm in love.I'm halfway through the book  which I very much find valuable  and I definitely understand  99% of it, or so I think I do at least , but the rent part is leaving me a bit confused.It's possible that I have missed this explanation or potentially didn't make it to this part yet but how much do I rent the said house for?
