Best Lead Finding Services

Hello All,

I am a fairly new investor. I've completed three flips; the first I owner occupied and slowly rehabbed it over two years and then sold it for a profit. The other two were purchased over the MLS and I am set to close on the third this Wednesday for a $20k profit. Even with making a ton of mistakes and not seeing some issues that I should have seen prior to purchase, I'm super excited to be getting that amount as well as learning some valuable lessons.

I'm looking to start sending out mass communications (texts or post cards) in a Wisconsin market here soon and wanted to know what lead services people have had the most success with and why. I've briefly looked into lead sherpa but before I got spending hundreds of dollars on mailings I wanted to get a gauge on what other people have found helpful first.
